"Installed parts unit is working properly now and everything is draining out after taking the drain pump off realize that there is lots of misuse of customer use and care due to lots of hair and food buildup inside the drain pump and motor. There was also a broken piece of glass lodged in the drain pump propeller Causing it to burn out and not drain anymore. "Upon removing the top panel to access the sealed system components, we discovered that the sealed system had been modified using what looks like a 'drill through kit.' This modification appears to have been made in an attempt to bypass the drip pan system, likely with the intent of enhancing cooling performance.It is important to note that the drip pan in this model is an integral component of the refrigerators defrost and moisture management system. Altering or bypassing it can result in unintended consequences, including water leakage and compromised cooling efficiency.After consulting with Techline, it was confirmed that this type of modification constitutes a breach of the sealed systems integrity. "Upon arrival, and after attempting the repairs, we found a leak at the condenser through a broken copper line attached to the condenser. We had the compressor and evaporator installed and as we were attempting to install the filter drier thats when we noticed the copper line thats attached to the condenser was wobbly/loose. after removing the factory tape that comes around that joint we noticed it was broken.; ordrng 1 WP2313624 (CONDENSER)"
