James was a very experienced, and professional technician. He was kind enough to come to our home even when I hadn't responded to the voicemail he left the morning of the scheduled repair work. I didn't hear the call, and he came as scheduled anyway. Very professional, and courteous to me as a customer. I truly did appreciate it.
