Nothing against this particular technician. It is very upsetting that we have been having issues with this appliance for over 5 months now. We keep getting the run around. "we're ordering the part" "the part arrived damaged" "the part is on back order". I was told that the part needed had finally arrived and that the technician would install it during this appointment. Now we're being told that a part needs to be ordered. This is frankly ridiculous and unprofessional.
