Upon arrival I diagnosed unit after inspection. Unit is working heating element is coming on working normal. On diagnostic cycle heating element came on i showed customer it was hot an on. I adviced customer on using Rinse aid to help with drying recommended Finish Rinse aid recommended by Whirlpool. SR# 7739898231
