Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection filter was stuck. I unstuck filter and explain to customer aftermarket filters tend to get stuck in housing. Tested unit afterwards unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection unit was cooling properly had good temperatures. Customer said it was inconsistent sometimes its cooling properly and sometimes everything melted not cooling. Controls are inconsistent not functioning normal will need parts order.; ordrng 1 W10822278 (Defrost Timer) and 1 WP4387835 (Overload) and 1 2216697 (Start Device) and 1 WP4387764 (Capacitor) and 1 2207265W (Front Control Panel Ui)

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection i couldnt recreate issue. I ran unit diagnostic cycle it completed everything functioning normal. I made customer aware unit needs maintenance cleaning black residue on soap dispenser. I reset unit. Unit is working as designed.
