The technician seems to have solved the issue with the washer but left a mess behind. Did not clean up any of the water that was spilled while diagnosing the issue. We had water all over the laundry room floor - behind and below washer, below the dryer etc. He also dropped the dirt from drain, that fell on the floor and left it as is and just walked away. Very disappointed with the service.
