The office staff is extremely courteous and friendly - 1 star. The repair staff don’t have a clue on how to diagnose, repair or test the appliance. They simply replace parts and run out the door without confirming their repair was successful. When I called within minutes after they left complaining the dishwasher is still leaking, the office staff indicated the repair was complete and serviceman was on another call. They simply scheduled another appointment to misdiagnose the problem. After the second failed attempt, they requested I video the dishwasher leak to help them identify the faulty part. If they had tested the dishwasher for 5 minutes after they installed the part they could have videoed the leak. ASI appears to be causing the supply chain part issue by randomly replacing perfectly good parts until they accidentally repair the appliance or Whirlpool totals it. In summary, ASI is the worst repair company I have ever used.
