Roosevelt was unprofessional and rude! He didn't want to come to my house and diagnose my issue and argued with me on the phone because I wanted him to come look at my refrigerator before I just thaw it out and he come on another day. It wasn't going to cost him anything to come to my house. That's his job! He also needs to remember customer service is part of his job! If I ever need whirlpool to service my refrigerator again , I DO NOT want him to be my technician.

He called prior to arriving, was prompt and explained exactly what we need to do to prevent problem from occurring again.

we wxplained our concern and Derrick went to work and found the problem within a couple of minutes, then corrected. Next he showed us how to check and even correct if needed.
