Edwin left my home saying he had to order my stove part & depending on the availability that would determine when my stove could be fixed . Then proceeded to call me an hour later and said he could not find my model & serial numbers so I had to call Whirlpool to figure out my next move. Well He never asked me for them but just assumed because he could not see them that they was not there. I had all my stove’s information filed away. We are frustrated that ASI tech did not take the time to help us come to a solution at that time. I would not recommend this company or its products

He was great, I got a call well before arriving. That’s so helpful. He was prompt professional and courteous. I felt safe and comfortable being a woman. And I understood all he explained to me. I hope that he is who returns when I need service again.
