"Removed panel UI and secured harness connection between console and control. Console powered on momentarily, then shut off. I then secured power cord wires at terminal block and checked incoming voltage: L1 119v, L2 over 120v, L1-L2 only 7.54v. Same readings confirmed at terminal block and wall outlet, ruling out appliance power cord issue. While checking the outlet/power cord, i notice movement of the outlet itself and caused the console to turn on/off. When moved to a certain position we got proper voltage but lost when moved. Findings indicate an intermittent electrical/outlet connection issue external to the appliance. No appliance failure identified. Closing for trip and diagnostics; customer to have qualified electrician inspect outlet and power supply."
