Showed up cleared the code said we used 2 much soap and left. Washing machine still does not work with soap or no soap in it gives f27 code of high water level. I was made to pay upfront before they even showed up and now have been on hold for over an hour and no one is answering my call. It’s a shame I’m going to have to replace a 6 months old machine that is under warranty because they didn’t fix anything
