"Check unit to find all operations working as design. Customer was informed that she was using too much soap. Shes using oxy stain tied that is not an efficiency soap. She was informed that she needs to use high efficiency soap. Otherwise the unit will work the way it is working, trouble due to the amount of soap it is making all other operations are OK and she was informed to run a clean washer cycle before trying to use unit to wash the next cycle. Unit is OK."
