Chris thoughtfully analyzes the symptoms observed and makes a repair plan. His first replacement part work perfectly and the faulty freezer drawer opening became smooth and quiet. Analyzed faulty cover plates around water button. Attempted an adjustment of button switch anchor screw and walah! the upper cover plate now stayed tightly in place. ASI: They answer the phone in person. A friendly competent women answers the phone handles the complete call. Appointment made. Follow up calls answered by same person with same competence. Amazing since 99.9% of other service companies have answering machines, choices that lead no where and no human.
