The service tech is top notch, and always leaves me feeling I got better than expected.
The one point of annoyance is that it takes weeks - and, in one case, months - to get the parts to do the repair. I've no idea whether to fault ASI or Whirlpool for this, but because ASI is my point of contact, they're getting the blame.
