We will be calling your company from now on. After having 2 failed attempts to fix our ice maker with another company, we learned they weren’t using new and authentic factory parts. We didn’t know there were fakes out there. So, for that we thank you!

I told Martin this is our 2nd Whirlpool refrigerator from Lowe’s. First one exchanged when door
shutting malfunctioned. The first one didn’t make the LOUD noise when ice maker filling. ASI wasn’t able to fix loud sound when ice maker filling. We will try a new water filter then contact Whirlpool Customer Service with our complaint.
Marti did try to fix this, but LOUD noise is still there when ice maker is filling.
