We had a very disappointing experience with this technician. He showed little interest in actually diagnosing the problem with our dishwasher. Instead of checking anything himself, he kept asking us to do the major work — we were the ones who disconnected the dishwasher and pulled it out for him. He changed parts without understanding the issue, and even after coming two times, the dishwasher was still not fixed. On the third visit, he was planning to leave again without completing the job because he wanted us to remove the water inlet pipe which was not required as it was disconnected from dishwasher. He also refused to explain the problem over the phone to my husband, which made the whole process even more frustrating. Overall, the service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and a complete waste of time. I would recommend to hire some more companies so that some competition may result in better service.

My technician was fabulous! I was called when expected and he showed up right on time. He was professional and fixed my fridge readily. I asked him if he knew how to reassemble the shelves and he stayed longer helping me out. He didn’t need to do that. My only problem was that I couldn’t get a time commitment until they called that morning. Makes it very hard for people to manage their work schedule, child care, etc. Not the tech’s issue but ASI can certainly do better here
