The technitian was great. Very professional. How ever did not have parts for stove. I had to order from 800 number. Got disconnected twice. I gave up. They connected me back and forth to warranty and no warranty. Very frustrating. So my stove has 1 burner that works. Still no knobs for new stove. Please help. 832.978.1234. 7307 Honey Creek Ln.
