Martin arrived exactly when he said he would. He fixed my washer in about 8-10 minutes.

Took forever to get scheduled, because you call the day of and expect people to take off of work waiting to see what time you come. Not his fault because he’s following company policy but maybe you should change it. When he finally came, he was extremely rude. I had someone fill in for me because I couldn’t be there because I was at work and she wanted to record to let me know what was going on and what he was saying but he doesn’t want to get recorded, and that she’s supposed to be acting as the homeowner so he doesn’t need to talk to me. Okay so if she’s acting like the homeowner, then she can record whatever she wants in “her” house. Terrible experience. He also said I shouldn’t have messed with the freezer. Well, if it didn’t take 3 weeks to get him in here, I wouldn’t have done that.

Martin was always professional and willing to figure out was issue with my fridge. Always finding a solution and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend
