upon arrival changed out faulty parts and advised cust roaches were still present on the washer. removed roaches and tested all operations normal

upon arrival the filter dryer had a restriction on the top side that caused fridge to not stay below 50?. unit would run continuously. cust states she has had several items of her medication be ruined due to the fridge not staying at a constant temperature. cust has been buying ice to keep freezer cold. when installing the new filter drier on the sealed system the capillary tube was too short and there was no part numbers available to correct issue. called whirlpool to document and deemed unit UNREPAIRABLE. Whirlpool Techline Case #24467295. Referred cust back to TPB.
