Washing got fixed hence the rating. Would have been 5 stars if it didn’t take a month. During the first “troubleshooting” visit the guy did absolutely nothing and ordered a bunch of parts he thought he mind need. I expected him to actually take apart the washer and dive Into the reason why it wasn’t working. Instead he just said I think I need these parts. We will contact you for another visit so we can repair the washer. 2 weeks go by and ol boy show up with a ton of parts… that he didn’t need. He did not use a spare part to fix the washer. Had he done his job the first go around and actually looked Into what was causing my washer not to run he could have fixed it the first visit. That would have been a 5 star rating.

Ricky did an outstanding job! He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable!! He knew exactly what to do to address our noisy spin cycle in our Whirlpool washer!! Tough job that he performed in a relatively short period of time!!! Highly recommend and commend Rickey and ASI!!!!

There is very few businesses who put the customer above making a sale but ASI Appliance is at the top. I would never call anyone else. They came to my house to check out a “nonworking” ice maker. The ASI employee suggested that we change the water filter and see if that would fix the problem. I was told to give it a week and if it still wasn’t working they could order a new ice maker and they would change it out. I called them back and they ordered a new ice maker. A few days before they came out it started working. He offered to send the part back at no cost. I was very appreciative of his generosity.
