upon arrival unit was on but comp not running and compressor cold to touch. The start relay was loose on the terminals adjusted and power cycled unit.comp kicked on and frost pattern was visible after 15 min. All operations normal as of now.

Rick noticed right away that the cold water faucet was not turned on. I have had 3 techs deal with my washer and none of them realized that the washer's cold water hose was in the off position! Thank goodness for Rick.

Although I still have the same problem with one burner on my gas range, Ricky did explain why it will continue to happen. This was helpful and basically lets me know it’s something I will just have to deal with (was hoping with the price of this range, there would be a fix). He did say he would document in detail the problem I’m having so that Kitchen Aid will be aware.
