Upon arrival I did the same procedure from before I called techline to document they adviced to order bake and broil element. SR# 7739001854.; ordrng 1 W10856603 (Broil Element) and 1 W11182108 (Bake Element)

Order compressor; ordrng 1 W11574734 (Compressor)

Upon arrival I inspected unit. Noise coming from blower. Remove and reinstall unit. Plastic vent hitting blower. Readjusted plastic vent no more noise. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. After inspection I explain to customer noises his hearing are normal did some adjustment by adding sound pads to the back of unit panel. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival I I diagnose unit. Unit is doing the same thing. I called techline to document as I was there at house same sr#7738833391.Customer did not want me to do nothing to unit no more repairs I gave sr# to customer. Techline said customer would have to call customer care. I was there for second opinion.
