Upon arrival and after diagnosing I could not re create an issue. I called Techline and they also believe the unit is working as designed. Theres no error codes and the unit completes a diagnostic cycle. We did notice the customer is currently using a Highly concentrated detergent. We recommended to use less detergent. As of now the unit is working as designed.SR# 7741176158
