Scheduling was easy and quick. Diagnostic visit was quick and easy. Parts were ordered and follow up visit was scheduled. Repair was accomplished quickly, but when the unit was reassembled a metal tab was left sticking out of microwave. It is fairly sharp and has a risk of cutting someone.I noticed just as the technician was driving away. I quickly called the office and they called the technician. They called back and said that it was a “retaining strip” which made absolutely no sense. I took pictures and sent them to the office. We now have yet another service call scheduled. Needless re-work.

My experience was challenging due to the time to get my refrigerator repaired. As far as Chris and the ASI team everyone was pleasant and professional. The problem came when the part ordered came in damaged therefore delaying the repair and losing more food My problem was more with Whirlpool because the refrigerator is only 5 months old and I feel should have been replaced. Whirlpool also refused to compensate in any way for the loss of food

He is amazing!!! Knowledgable, courteous and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.
