Donnie did what he needed to do which was to photograph the misaligned doors and report back to Whirlpool/KitchenAid. This issue cannot be repaired as the misalignment is still evident after replacing both doors. I’m waiting to hear what can be done as far as replacement or compensation for a defective product. The 1 star rating does not pertain to ASI as they did everything that was expected of them. The 1 star rating is for Whirlpool/KitchenAid. ASI deserves 5 stars for their efforts in correcting the quality defect on a KitchenAid refrigerator.

This was a brief appointment in which we are trying to determine the problem with my new oven. Follow up appointment(s) will be necessary, but I felt confident that I was given the help I need to resolve the problem. Look forward to the next appointment.

Despite repeated attempts and efforts my freezer was not repaired however, Donnie did his best and advocated for us with Whirlpool.
