Customer was just concerned because the cooktop burns orange flame. Sometimes I let them know that it is just the residual burning off in the gas line whenever it is coming out the residuals burn orange and the natural gas burns blue again as soon as the residual burns offUnit is operating properly all operation operations OK

"Checked out the dryer customer was concerned about the vent in the back I informed her that the hose could be shortened. That way there is no kinks or lots of turns before it goes into the wall because lint can build up and get clogged in those spots that way, it does not cause issues in the future unit is operating properly all operations OK"

customer only wanted what was under warranty to be replaced (water valve inlet - wpw10279909) replaced & tested water pressure - working as normal

"When trying to pull the unit out I discovered how short the gas line was from house to unit and no yellow Teflon tape any connection points. I am uncertain how this was properly installed or how the gas line was properly tighten and secured. With that in mind I tested the gas line connection from house and there's the leak. Needs to get installer to properly secured all connection points and install a proper sized gas line. Per Techline SR#7738947444 not a unit failure, customer should not use unit, turn gass off until builder addresses issues. Closing for a trip and diagnostics"
