"customer explain he can not run both the dryer and washer at the same time, the utility breaker trips; need to get electrician to fix wiring and or breaker. Ran full diagnostics the dryer is working, no internal short or failure. Heating element is good and motor is operating - Ran multiple test cycles no short or tripping of breaker. Dry time issue is with bad airflow with home's air ducks - i cleared lint build up no internal clog, advise customer get vent line and exit chute cleaned to improve dry times. CASE# 2285931"
