Alfredo was prompt within the time window promised. He offered to wear PPE and affirmatively answered his COVID vaccination/booster status. He was polite, professional and efficient. He identified the issue with the washer, fixed it and then made sure it functioned appropriately. We were thrilled with his service and no hesitation to use in the future!
