"Checked unit and problem is the unit has missing parts, vent cover, rinse aid top, and panel they tried prive it open and it's warped , I explained to the customer the missing parts are not covered under warranty, and if they want them replaced they would have to pay for them, the customer will let us know"

Found obstruction in drain system

Replaced control board with truck stock Retested and working properly now ; used 1 W11620481 (Control board) from stock

Per leasing/maintenance its for another property but they would take and install in house rather than reschedule
