Found unit working as design

"upon arrival cust stated that washer would not fill all the way when on heavy soil, found a long fill code and located a loose connection to the cold water valve causing unit to only draw hot water when on the warm option and none when on cold. adjusted and all operations normal"

upon arrival customer was stating cold water wont come out went into diagnostics and cleaned the back of the water valve unit is now dispensing cold and hot water.

"Check unit to find customer has unit on the outside wooden flooring, causing issue to sink into flooring. Customer was informed that unit needs to be modified for stabilization compared to concrete move washer to a new section of the patio and it drain and spin properly unit is OK."
