Our experience with Donnie and Leonard was great. They did their best to correct the issues we had with our brand new microwave/oven combo. The manufacturer needs to revisit the process they use to pack boxes into the microwave as they cause damage to the unit, which then has to be corrected by a factory technician. Also the manufacturer sent me replacement parts (twice) which arrived broken each time. Another process issue that needs to be reviewed. But luckily Donnie and Leonard did great to correct these issues and get us up and running.
