"Upon arrival, I ran a diagnostic test on the unit and discovered an error code F0E9 - off-balance. This issue causes the unit to stop, allowing the customer to adjust the clothes and resume the cycle. The customer had mistaken this for an operational error in the unit. After completing the diagnostic cycle, I found no other issues. I provided the customer with instructions for off balance problems and to avoid them. If customer needs additional information they can call customer service. Closing out the trip and diagnostics."
