I was completely dissatisfied with this service. The technician did not appear helpful at all. He only checked a few areas of the refrigerator. He appeared to be in a rush. He was polite but you could tell he didn’t want to be there. We ended having to pay $200 just for him to put sealant in the edge of the freezer.
