It took about 3 months to get my brand new dryer repaired, multiple trips, brought wrong parts, horrible customer service service. Had to go to Lowe’s to complain before anything got done.

The technician gets 5 stars, he was knowledgeable, on time, and professional. He got the problem fixed and I appreciate him. I did not appreciate the constant calls from the office though. Day one, verify okay. Day two, reschedule for that day, I was at work so no thanks. Same day, reschedule for fallowing week? I'm at work and no.Day three automated forces you to listen to entire message to confirm appointment for fallowing day. This was after declining several calls due to being at work. Made an online appointment so I understand one call, maybe bumping my appointment to earlier but the constant calls with no voicemails, when I didn't answer, while I was at work were borderline harassment.

Donnie is like a bull dog. He keeps after it till he gets it right. Give Donnie the raise he deserves

Donnie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what the problem was with my dishwasher! Probably one of the best technicians to come out and service my appliances.
