upon arrival located roaches on back control board causing the front UI not to operate advised cust cant fix unit due to the infestation and cust advised unit is brand new and just moved into home 2 weeks ago. will contact whirlpool to document that fridge is out of warranty due to the roach infestation and cust will contact builder.
