Advise the customer to call into whirlpool if he would like to try and get it covered or worked on for the rest other than that, the unit is running as designed and all operations OK"

Your technician did not seem to quite understand the issue with the washer. He was not able give clear diagnosis of why the washer was not stopping and unlocking after completing wash. Your technician stated “ this machine load is heavy with 4 wet towels” “ this machine is around $400 it cannot handle heavy loads” which does not make sense because blankets are heavy. So i am extremely disappointed with your service. And your technician mentioning we will have to pay if you guys come back to check the washer again. Make me think this service was not provided well because you want to come back and be paid.
