upon arrival ice chute was stuck open causing moisture going inside unit. removed particles that were stuck causing door not to close and not it shuts fully. unit is now working as designed .

"22303571 trade care . upon arrival tested unit and the drain pipe in garage is still clogged since last time causing all water to hit the back of the washer and the washer sitting in a pool of water, causing the washer to rust and make noise. adjusted cam and documented with trade care. they stated unit is no longer in warranty due to water hitting washer and causing rust and problems. upon arrival replaced all parts and unit is still not spinning need transmission ordering parts ; ordrng 1 W11638126 (washplate) and 1 W11172199 (basket) and 1 W10003790 (screw) and 1 W11284133 (retainer) and 1 W10870912 (gearcase) and 1 W11398781 (actuator)
