Inspected washer and found tub came off completely off the suspension rods. Signs of unbalanced load and customer did not pause machine. Advised customer could not further troubleshoot to see if anymore damage occurred. Will have to diagnose properly when new rods are installed Will order new rods and control board ; ordrng 1 W11217817 (Suspension rods) and 1 W11607637 (Control board)

Martin is a great diagnostician. He also listens and adjusts as needed. He educated me on the functioning of my ice maker, so I learned, reported to him what I had observed and he did not have to install an ice maker at all! He even tolerates my dog. 🙂 Thank you, Martin!

The technician martin Came to my house for the second time he was so rude and disrespectful when we were trying to explain to him what is the problem? He said I already check it if you don’t like it through the trash, bad experience with the technician and the company not recommended at all.
