Chris was super professional on his visit. He performed a thorough assessment. Although he wasn't able to replicate my problem, he gave a comprehensive explanation of the workings, and what to do in case of a recurrence. He's a credit to ASI Appliance!

This tec never came to my house. I went and exchange the washer out as soon as I got if the phone with your company because the company was so non caring about my situation and gave me an indefinite time frame as to when they would have the part to fix my new machine. I was complete disappointed and returned the washer to the company I bought it from because the warranty meant nothing

Both gentlemen treated my home like it was their own. Very respectful and spent time explaining to me what they were doing.
