Found faulty control board part order no return date ; ordrng 1 W11511568 (Control board)

Replaced broken rack adjuster. Unit is now working as intended no leaks at this time ; used 1 W10712395 (Adjuster) from stock

Closing per office

"L installed latch put unit through test mode. Unit does not drain and new control board started smoking and sparking. Could not call Tech Line to verify operation will order drain pump and new control. Customer very upset with having to order second control board and new pump for units that has not been working in two months due to part delays and waiting for part. Customer highly upset, due to having to spend excess money to try and wash clothes; ordrng 1 W11479878 (Control) and 1 W11259498 (Drain pump)"
