The service was great, Donnie absolutely knows his business and the repair made quickly. My only input here would be to include the customer in the scheduling process rather than dictating the time.

The service man was very professional and we appreciate that. It’s a shame we had to wait for Parts for a week.

I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the service technician and his unwillingness to hear my concerns in regards to the issues concerning the dryer. I asked that he contact Maytag as instructed and he refused to make the call; said he would call later
