"Checked unit and replaced defective motor and unit still not working technician call Whirlpool trade care and they are refusing to send unit to the review squad. They want me to schedule another day to go out and find out what is the failure weve done this more than once I dont know when they want to do what they want to do, customer was referred to Whirlpool"

Check unit to find all operation noises normal. There are no abnormal noises during operations. Customer proceeded to push unit back into hole and I noticed it was vibrating and he was informed that he has the left leg mounted and the right leg unmounted causes the unit to sit sidedcompressor vibrate technician adjusted both feet and all vibration. Noises stopped. Unit is OK.
