If I could give you zero stars, I would period. Your repairman came out for a second time to work on my washing machine. He left in the lights were blinking. He said he would stop back by to see if everything was working. He never stopped back by he never called. I called your office and was told that they would reach out to him and if they couldn’t reach out to him, they would see him first thing in the morning that was three days ago and I’ve not heard anything cents. I still have no washer and no one has contacted me from ASI or Maytag, I plan on telling everyone every day.

Did not even pull machine out to look for serial # only took picture of the mod# . Turned it on to run cycle run a cycle to see when & what code it throws but didn’t know you have to wait 8 minutes for machine to time out before it will unlock. Says he thinks it’s a pressure sw . & touch pad . I never use touch pad ! He tried to open door before time & kept pushing touch pad like it’s going to make it time out any quicker . Haven’t heard re : a price for a pressure switch is . I would not replace touch pad & definitely not the mother board as it isn’t electrical or electronic . Replace or re calibrate switch . Need to know how much of my $ money goes to his his visit & parts ? How much the total is please . I am a retired Inst & Controls Technician husband as well . Just heads up Thank you .
