My newly 1-22 purchased whirlpool side by side refrigerator ice maker malfunctioned on 9-22. I waited on parts to 11-22, after parts were replaced still no ice. Now we are waiting on more parts. Very dissatisfied and fustrated, no accountability and professionalism for trouble shooting, guessing and process of elimination. Hopefully a simple ice maker can be repaired. Waiting on parts again.

You know the product and the warranty coverage. Let you customers know before you come out and charge for service that the Maytag 10 year warranty only covers items that will never ever need to be replaced. The ss tub and racks do not need a warranty!
