"Upon arrival home owner stated the unit makes a loud pop noise during operation every time. Builder has came out for issue before but no resolution was made. Mr also stated he would open door to find condensation buildup on front door inside the microwave. Opened door and warm air present inside mw with heavy condensation buildup all inside cavity and on the high side voltage components. The homes ventilation system needs to be inspected, the hot air from outside is mixing with the cold air inside making condensation. This unit is not repairable due to the aggressive rusting on all components and cavity and is also unit is a fire hazard. DO NOT OPERATE. advised cust to contact their builder for replacement and to get their ventilation system fixed so no issues occur to new microwave. Contacting Whirlpool Safety with documentation."
