I'm a little disappointed with the whole experience. The refrigerator door on a Whirlpool side by side wasn't closing properly. I had to adjust it to its' highest level to close. I called ASI and the Tech spent about 5-minutes looking at the installation and concluded that the floor was not level and that ASI would not attempt to level a refrigerator that was on an uneven floor. I then spent several hours precisely leveling the floor behind the refrigerator but the problem persisted, so I called Whirlpool again and they set up the second appointment with ASI. ASI called to confirm that I'd leveled the refrigerator and made it clear that they would charge me $165 for a service call if the refrigerator was not level. The day before the technician was due to arrive, I lowered one of the trays and noticed that the door would not close at all. I then raised it up two slots and the door closed perfectly. My disappointment is that the tech did not recognize this and deferred to the most difficult problem that ASI would not address. This could have gone a lot better.

John was on time, knowledgeable and promptly identified/fixed my freezer issue. The friendliness and customer care is second to none. I will definitely use ASI for any future appliance issues I may have!
