The technician was super rude. Our washing machine is broken for months. So we bought a new one. When he came we requested him to install the mother board while we were uninstalling our working washing machine and he very rudely said you should have done that before. He didn’t even wait for 5mins. My husband and I requested and said we will do the installation and test before he leaves. He didn’t wait. He was very very rude and yelling at us asking “you have to decide now! You have to decide fast!”. I won’t work with ASI ever.
