called TPB to document findings. no repair will be performed. advised to close service order. 22783030

"igniters on front 2 burners are completely rusted out and have fallen under the cooktop. all screws on burners are rusted and seized and would have to be drilled out to perform any repair. entire cooktop must be completely rebuilt, due to seized screws. oven needs igniter, valve, and control."

Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. After inspection unit is not cooling bad compressor. Unit refrigerant lines have already been broken into you can see a piercing valve on the line. Make customer aware contamination on the unit could already been made we do not Pierce we breathe if someone already services they would need to be called back. There is no telling what refrigerant was put into or what was done to it. I made customer aware on Whirlpool product policy.Case#22855146

Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. After inspection unit has three bad igniters on burners and the oven is also not coming on. I made customer aware that the unit has critters and those affect the unit in so many different ways. I explained to customer whirlpool's policy on infestation of critters (pictures attached).
