The technician was very nice. He arrived on time and got right to work. Very pleased with the service.

Representative on the first trip adjusted the leveling of the machine. Although that didn’t help, he returned a second time and replaced the shocks on the drum and it has reduced the shimmy of the machine considerably. It still vibrates, but cannot be heard in the next room aa it had been doing. He was efficient in his work and gave me confidence if it still didn’t take care of it… he’d be back. Hopefully this is it.

This was the second trip to repair/replace ice maker. First time just replaced it. Second time got to the root issue and was repaired. Not too social and left alittle mess on the floor but completed task

No problem what do ever with your company or employees that have served us. Problem I have is with Jenn Airs product particularly with the fridge/freezer. We should not have these problems with a unit that is not very old. We also still have problems with the wall that turns on the lights intermittently. For what we’ve paid for this complete appliance package I would expect 10-15 years without problems. I have had cheap units in the past that has lasted 20 plus years without any issues.
