The business is a professional business. Both employees of ASI were professional when they were here and diagnosed the problem and did the repairs well. Only issue I have is that the business was unable to get the necessary parts to fix the refrigerator (ice maker) . Did not have the parts in stock and I was told that it could be up to two months to get the parts! The business told me that I could contact Whirlpool directly to possibly expedite the process. I did Contact Whirlpool and a day or so later I received notice that the part was on the way -TO ME! Go Figure, very strange.The ice maker was replaced and is working fine. Thank god or my wife was going to kill somebody! Thanks, John Walsh
