⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with the service I received from ASI. The technician came out but never explained whether my appliance could be repaired or what the issue was. Instead, he left and marked the service call as “complete” without leaving any notes on the account. When I called to follow up, the representative couldn’t tell me anything because there was no documentation from the technician. I had to schedule an entirely new appointment for the same issue, wasting my time and delaying the repair. I specifically requested that ASI/Whirlpool not send the same technician back. A service visit should include clear communication, proper documentation, and an honest assessment of the appliance. Unfortunately, I received none of those. I hope ASI improves its quality of service because this experience was completely unacceptable.
