Alfredo was great! He listened to my issues regarding my noisy refrigerator. Once he identified the problem, he thoroughly explained to me that the issue could be my control board. Since he fixed it, I have had no further issues with the loud noises.

ASI has kept us informed of the status of the repair. Alfredo is a very knowledgeable person and a great customer service representative of your business. However we are not as satisfied with the manufacture’s response to our problems
