"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I noticed that the unit was leaking from the secondary drain. There could potentially be a cracked drain line hose or a cracked garbage disposal hose. I did make sure the drain hose going to the drain pump on the unit was secured properly. The pump and motor and drain pump are all secure. The unit itself is working properly as designed. The customer will need a plumber to revisit the secondary drain and hoses connected to it."
