David is a great technician, however the washing machine is still not working, it doesn’t SPIN this has been ongoing since I’ve had it, multiple problems, there is a Texas lemon law and I’m getting to the point where I want another washer, it’s NOT the service technician it’s just a bad unit. Please help me with this problem.
