There is very few businesses who put the customer above making a sale but ASI Appliance is at the top. I would never call anyone else. They came to my house to check out a “nonworking” ice maker. The ASI employee suggested that we change the water filter and see if that would fix the problem. I was told to give it a week and if it still wasn’t working they could order a new ice maker and they would change it out. I called them back and they ordered a new ice maker. A few days before they came out it started working. He offered to send the part back at no cost. I was very appreciative of his generosity.

Fast efficient and friendly service

The issue with the dryer was not resolved due to it partially being structure of our home venting. Ricky, seemed short with us, irritated and not willing to listen to anything I had to say. Will not be using your service any more.
