Will also need in addition dual water valve and control board ; ordrng 1 W11482383 (Dual water valve) and 1 W11224256 (Control board)

Started to trouble shoot and install parts but found that brake element was getting correct power voltage then shutting down. Advised customer that since another company had already attempted to make repairs several times without success and to continue trying to get it working would be very time consuming and costly. Customer opted out to just use it as is until there other oven went out and would purchase another unit at that time. Advisable customer she would;d only have to pay the 2man labor as we had already worked on it dissembled and reassembled unit She was OK with that Parts were not used

Replaced latch

Inspected motor/rotor and found bolt loose Added liquid lock thread and reinstalled and secured properly Ran diagnostics and no more noises
