We have had ASI over three times for different reasons. Each time Roosevelt provided great customer service. I learned something new about propane and gas cooktops. There is no low level when using propane everything cooks high. We have a very nice KitchenAid cooktop so it’s disappointing that it doesn’t adjust well with propane.
