Donnie is one of those service people you do not experience often these days. He shows up on time. He has the correct tools and parts. He gets in diagnoses the problems quickly and orders the correct parts and completes a expeditious repair. We wish we had him on all our repairs. He definitely gives ASI Appliance Inc. a good name !!!
