Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. After inspection door gasket seal at the bottom was not sealing correctly (pictures attached). I heated the gasket and adjusted the door after adjustment I tested gap sealed now closing correctlyv(pictures attached). I made customer aware things blocking the door from closing fully. I recommend it to thaw out unit reset the unit and move things around in the freezer. Unit is working as designed.
