"Inspected DW and customer complaint was water coming out of the air gap. I ran machine and everything working as intended. I notified customer that the machine is working properly but that we normally dont do repairs to the air gaps but that I could inspect for blockage. Found lots of build up inside air gap and drain hose from gap to disposal, cleared it. Uploaded picture for documentation. Even after clearing air gap some small amount of water spills out of air gap. Notified customer that that is as far as I could go with repairs as further investigation would fall outside the machine and therefore she would have to get air gap replaced or plumbing with gap/disposal looked at."

Unit drains fine without being hooked on to air gap. Mr needs to check household plumbing. Unit working as designed. All operations are correct.
