Replace drain pump dishwasher still didnt drain. Found a twisted drain. I was caused by builders and contractors. Made the correction on twisted drain hose. Drain worked fine dishwasher tested OK.

"Checked unit and the customer has a gravity drain that run from inside of the house to the outside, and it's clogged, and it's backing up on the unit, I showed the problem to the customer, and she went all crazy on me, demanding me that I had to fix it while using very bad words, because she said she purchased the unit from whirlpool and we installed it and that they should fix it and make the unit drain correctly, she immediately demanded the phone number from my office, because she was going to report me and that what kind of job I was doing and how I was representing my company like that, so I gave her the office number and told her I was going to leave and if she needed anything she can talk to the office, because the drain is not part of the unit, so customer said I could not leave the house until she talked to supervisor or somebody because she needed to tell them what she thinks about me, she started calling me names and threatening me, so she finally got in touch with her extended warranty, and started cussing and threatening them also because she still didn't understand, and she kept me at her home until someone tells me what she wanted me to do, so I explained to her if she was not going to let me leave I was going to dial 911, so I started walking out of the house, so she was right behind me yelling and cussing at me , and when I was crossing the door she slammed the door on me and hitting me on my back luckily I had my backpack on my back , I called their extended warranty and documented with them File# 7738549910"
